- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company is a scam. They say one thing and do another. Im permanently disableded with all the proper paperwork they charged me to prove im disabled and charged me for useing a card for a id badge i was told was free yesterday. Please dont trust a single word they say. No one knows anything and the supervisors i spoke to today took no accountability and down played violating my rights as a disabled citizen. I dont carry my paper work on me at all times but you should on this scam bus line.By B Morris, April 20, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆At least 3 times a week this bus system dosent show..or is chronically late so cant catch connecting bus and they do nothing! Im on a cane and they leave you waiting forever with no shelters, benches or anything. Ive been all over, Votran is the most expensive and most terrible service. They dont even give transfers. Hobbling down street on my cane in the rain is more efficient. An absolute joke. An embarrassment to Daytona area. Call uber so you can actually get where you are going.
